I run Laboratorios ASIMED — 8 clinical labs across Guayaquil, Milagro, Daule, and Durán. We launched Asimed Plus last year, our annual membership program for discounted lab tests. It's growing fast — 28% year over year — but right now I'm managing everything in spreadsheets. I have no visibility into which plans are selling, which branches are driving the most member visits, or which tests our members actually use. I need a dashboard that gives me full intelligence on the Asimed Plus membership.

Got it, Ricardo. Let me make sure I scope this right — a few questions before I start building:
1. Which view do you need first thing in the morning?
✓A. High-level KPIs (total members, MRR, retention)
BB. Branch performance (which locations are busiest)
CC. Test utilization (what members are ordering)
2. For your member data, which source are you working from?
AA. We manage it in a spreadsheet
BB. It lives in our existing LIS (lab information system)
✓C. Combination of both — it's messy
3. Do you need to see individual member records, or mostly aggregate views?
AA. Aggregates are enough — I want the business overview
✓B. I need to drill down to individual members too
CC. Both, but aggregates are primary

1. A — I want the KPIs front and center
2. C — combination of both, honestly a mess
3. B — I need to see individual members, especially the ones about to expire

3. B — I need to see individual members, especially the ones about to expire

Two more quick ones:
4. How do you want to handle the 8 branches?
AA. One unified view — I don't manage branches separately
✓B. I want to compare branch performance side by side
CC. I need a per-branch deep-dive I can share with branch managers
5. Retention tracking — how important is churn analysis to you?
AA. Not critical right now, just show me growth
BB. Important — I want to see which cohorts are renewing
✓C. Critical — expiring memberships are my biggest risk, I need alerts

1. B — side-by-side comparison, I want to know which branches are under-performing
2. C — expiring memberships are money walking out the door, I need to see that clearly

Perfect, Ricardo. Here's the spec I've drafted — covers a real-time membership KPI dashboard, full member directory with expiration tracking, branch-by-branch performance comparison across all 8 locations, test utilization analytics, and a retention cohort analysis with at-risk member alerts. Take a look and let me know if there's anything you'd change.

This is exactly what I need. Build it.
